Ethiopia: S. Sudan president boycotts talks, accuses rebels of hiding war crimes
Addis Ababa, Ethiopia (PANA) - South Sudanese President Salva Kiir has temporarily boycotted the political talks in the Ethiopian capital, Addis Ababa, until regional mediators drop a demand for the inclusion of a group of political detainees linked to the political chaos in Juba.
