Ethiopia: AU prepares for thorough electoral scrutiny in Africa
Addis Ababa, Ethiopia (PANA) - Algerian, Malawian and South African envoys have briefed the African Union (AU) on preparations for presidential elections in their respective countries in what appears to be a change of approach in tracking political progress in Africa.
