Libya: Force majeure declared in al-Harriga oil port
Tripoli, Libya (PANA) - Libya's National Oil Company (NOC) on Saturday announced that it had declared a force majeure in al-Harriga oil terminal in the East of the country, a week after a North Korean-flagged tanker illegally loaded a shipment of oil there.
