Tunisia: Case of Nation's Pirate Party Remains Afloat

The most recent hearing of the ongoing lawsuit involving the Tunisian Pirate Party (Parti Pirate Tunisie) - an extension of the African and international branches of the Pirate Party - was postponed today by the judge of the Primary Court of Tunis. He claimed the case was outside of the purview of the court. The party continues with an ongoing appeal process for formal legal recognition, which has yet to be granted by the Ministry of the Interior.
