UN envoy cogratulates new political leadership in southern Somalia
New York, US (PANA) - The Special Representative of the UN Secretary-General for Somalia, Mr. Nicholas Kay, on Monday welcomed new leadership in the Interim Jubba Administration and described the establishment of the Executive Council a "milestone" in the country?s political process.
