Egypt: Former Mauritian President leads Egypt referendum observers
Port-Louis, Mauritius (PANA) - Former Mauritian President Cassam Uteem will lead a team of international observers, working under the auspices of the Electoral Institute for Sustainable Democracy in Africa (EISA), to the referendum on the Egyptian constitution scheduled for 14 and 15 January 2014.
