Nigeria: Ivorian Yaya Toure is 2013 African Footballer of the Year
Lagos, Nigeria (PANA) - Ivorian striker Yaya Toure on Thursday won the 2013 African Footballer of the Year, clinching African football's most-coveted award for the third time in a row, at the 2013 GLO-CAF Awards held in Nigeria's commercial city of Lagos.
