UN envoy welcomes election of new president in Puntland
New York, US (PANA) ? The UN Secretary-General's Special Representative in Somalia, Mr. Nicholas Kay, on Wednesday hailed the election of a new president of the semi-autonomous region of Puntland as "the harbinger of a peaceful and federal solution for the entire Horn of Africa country".
