Libya: Self-proclaimed leader of Cyrenaica vows to export oil (Correcting hdeadline)
Tripoli, Libya (PANA) - The self-proclaimed head of state Cyrenaica in the east of Libya, Abd Rabbo al-Barrasi, is asking foreign companies to buy oil from terminals under the control of his militias and promised to protect tankers.
