Nigeria: Governor, three other Africans among 'global thinkers' list
Lagos, Nigeria (PANA) - Governor Babatunde Fashola of Nigeria's South-west Lagos state has been named in a list of 100 Top Global Thinkers of 2013 that also includes another Nigerian and two other Africans.
