South Sudanese factions ready for ceasefire talks in Addis Ababa
Nairobi, Kenya (PANA) - South Sudanese rivals have appointed negotiating teams to head for talks in the Ethiopian capital, Addis Ababa, effectively beating Tuesday?s deadline set by East African leaders.
