Security concerns dominate talks between Algerian, Libyan PMs
Tripoli, Libya (PANA) ? Security concerns were the main issues discussed at the joint Libya-Algeria commission, jointly presided over here Sunday by the Libyan Prime minister, Ali Zeidan, and his Algerian counterpart, Abdel Maleck Salal.
