Top Libyan parliamentarian sues for national dialogue
Tripoli, Libya (PANA) ? The Speaker of the Libyan National General Congress (Parliament), Nouri Abou Seheimein, has stressed the need for authorities to create an enabling environment for an all-inclusive national dialogue, likely to facilitate a peaceful political transition in the north African country.
