US Special Envoy says his country backs IGAD efforts in S/Sudan
Khartoum, Sudan ( PANA) - US Special Envoy to Sudan and South Sudan Donald Booth has welcomed recent mediation efforts by the Inter-Governmental Authority on Development (IGAD) in South Sudan, saying his county stands ready to boost the initiative.
