Niger River Festival scheduled for 4-9 February, 2014
Bamako, Mali (PANA) ? The 10th edition of the Niger River Festival is due to be held from 4 to 9 February, 2014, in Segou, 240 kms from Bamako, the capital, PANA learnt here Sunday from organizers.
