UN envoy welcomes appointment of new Somali's PM
New York, US (PANA) ? Mr. Nicholas Kay, Special Representative of the UN Secretary-General in Somalia, has congratulated Prime Minister Abdiweli Sheikh Ahmed, who was appointed on Saturday following a vote in the Federal Parliament, describing the process as a key step heading into 2014.
