Libya settles US$ 300 million debts with Qatar, Turkey
Tripoli, Libya (PANA) - Libya has settled its debt with Qatar and Turkey, according to Misbah al-Akari, the Libyan Central Bank marketing manager, announced here Wednesday in a press interview.
