Nigerian President directs Finance Minister to present budget to National Assembly
Abuja, Nigeria (PANA) ? In a departure from the norm, the Finance Minister, instead of the President, will present the 2014 budget proposals to the National Assembly, PANA reported, quoting President Goodluck Jonathan as having indicated to the Senate Wednesday.
