Libya?s oil crisis meant to discredit government, says parliament
Tripoli, Libya (PANA) ? The official spokesperson of Libya?s General National Congress (GNC), Omar Ahmeidane, said here Monday that the oil crisis in Tripoli, the Libyan capital, was man made and meant to create anarchy in the country.
