'2015 elections will not hold in 3 Nigerian States under emergency rule'
Abuja, Nigeria (PANA) ? Citing threats to security, the Chairman of the Nigerian Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Prof. Attahiru Jega, Monday declared that the 2015 Presidential, Governorship and legislative elections will not hold in the three States in North Eastern Nigeria that are currently under emergency rule.
