Libyan dailies play up financial crisis, registration of voters
Tripoli , Libya (PANA) - Libyan newspapers on Monday highlighted the current financial crisis, caused by the lack of liquidity for the Libyan state as a result of the closure of the oil ports, and the slow progress in the registration of voters for the election of members of the committee responsible for drafting the constitution.
