Libyan PM says outlaws are responsible for fuel shortage in Tripoli
Tripoli, Libya (PANA) ? Libyan Prime Minister Ali Zeidan told the press Friday night that the fuel shortage affecting Tripoli, the Libyan capital, for several days now was created by ?outlaws who have attacked filling stations and destroyed equipment.
