Mauritania: African Development Bank extends $2.1 million for rollout of Disaster Risk Financing
Download logo The African Development Bankrsquo;s (www.AfDB.org) Board on Wednesday approved a grant of $2.1 million to boost the countryrsquo;s resilience against climate related shocks and food insecurity. The funds, sourced from the African Development Fund, will go to provide technical and institutional support to strengthen Mauritaniarsquo;s capacity to assess climate-related risk.
