Libyans urged to learn from Mandela's tolerance, reconciliation
Tripoli, Libya (PANA)- The Libyan government has urged its citizens to take a cue from the tolerance values and national reconciliation taught by Nelson Mandela, the former South African president, who died on Thursday night in Johannesburg.
