UN says 15,000 people need relief in Niger flood-hit region
New York, US (PANA) ? The UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) on Tuesday said more than 15,000 people urgently need relief aid in south-east Niger after the Komadougou River, which most of the year was practically dried out, burst its banks and flooded communities.
