Talks between Egypt, Ethiopia and Sudan aimed at resolving a long-running dispute over a massive dam being built on the Nile by Addis Ababa ended on Wednesday with Cairo decrying the lack of ?tangible progress,? a development that is likely to send it looking for alternative ways to reach a satisfactory agreement on the mega project.
