Torrential rain hinders relief efforts in flooded Puntland
Addis Ababa, Ethiopia (PANA) - Relief efforts in Somalia?s flooded Puntland region came to a halt Friday after Midigar Bridge, 60 km east of the regional capital Garowe, collapsed in torrential rains, Ethiopia?s Foreign Affairs Ministry said in a statement.
