Sudan: Sudan decides to treat Southern Sudanese as foreigners
Khartoum, Sudan (PANA) - Sudan on Thursday said Southern Sudanese residents in the country will from now on be treated as foreigners, revoking a standing policy declared by president Omar Bashir that citizens from the nascent nation will be treated as Sudanese in all walks of life in the country they seceded from in 2011.
