Kenya: 'Somalis scapegoated in counter-terror crackdown'
Nairobi, Kenya (PANA) - Kenya?s Somali community is being scapegoated in a counter-terror operation which has seen thousands subjected to arbitrary arrest, harassment, extortion, ill-treatment, forcible relocation and expulsion, Amnesty International said Tuesday.
